Our client, a well-established Construction & Security Solutions Company is looking to fill the position of a Stock Controller.
The successful candidate MUST have at least 2 years stock control experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving of stock.
- Writing of goods received note (GRN).
- Forwarding of GRN to stock controller.
- Updating of GRN to stock card.
- Placing / arranging of stocks in the store shelves.
- Receiving of job card from stock controller.
- Filing of Job card in the respective file.
- Issuing of stock/Writing of MIR.
- Checking the materials out of the gate.
- Raising stock requisitions.
- Opening/closing of stores.
- Monitoring of movement of materials.
- Dispatch of materials to sites/clients.
- Ensure accurate up-to-date records and maintain strict stock controls.
- Monitor use of tools and ensure they are correctly maintained.
- Must have a degree / diploma in stores and purchasing or related field.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in stock control.
- Must have good command of English.
- Previous experience in construction and security industry would be an added advantage.
