Job description

Primary Purpose of Position

  • Ownership of supply chain activities in the region. Be the point of contact for supply chain.
  • To facilitate and drive the S&OP and Demand planning processes in JDA.
  • To co-ordinate Distribution & logistics activities in the region.
  • Manage Demand in JDA and Align with key stake-holders.
  • Deliver minimum 95% fill rate levels
Responsibilities
  • Support all supply chain initiatives in the region.
  • Ensure JDA consistently reflects rolling 12 months customer demand forecast
  • Ensure Balance between Demand, Supply and Inventory.
  • Proactively communicate supply shortfalls v demand with reasons
  • Coordinate Distribution & logistics activities. This includes imports, exports, transportation, and 3PL operations.
  • Support in 3PL evaluation.
  • Build supply recovery plan with Supply Planners and understand root causes for supply issues
  • Weekly alignment updates with General Manager, Commercial teams & Supply Planners.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and a passion for excellence
  • Supply chain experience
  • SAP, Demand Planning software knowledge preferred
  • Candidate should need minimal or no supervision.
