In pursuit of our ambitious growth plan, we are looking to fill the position below in our Sales Department.

Account Executive (Broker Business Unit)

Reporting to the Broker Business Manager through the Relationship Manager, the job holder’s purpose is to handle the administrative and member registration duties for Broker Business including vetting of documents, follow up of application requirements and the preparation and dispatch of corporate membership documentation.

Key Outputs

• Receive, vet, register new clients and ensure they receive the services they are entitled to.
• Ensure safe and proper dispatch of membership documents to corporate contact persons including all required correspondence.
• Follow up on application requirements with sales agent and contact persons ensuring all details are provided within the specified period and meet company requirements.
• Accurate filing and safe keeping of corporate clients’ correspondence and other records ensuring they are in order accessible and constantly updated.
• Handle and resolve internal and external customer queries, complaints and other issues raised via telephone and email in relations to membership matters.
• Prepare travel documentation for members travelling out of the country.

Qualifications & Experience

• A diploma/ degree in business field
• 6 months of relevant work experience
• Key Competencies
• Working knowledge of computers and MS office
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
