Job description
Provides leadership and a senior level solution consulting service in customer project; ability to understand customer’s business and technical needs and ability to translate them into a solution.Main Responsibility Area
Provides senior level solution consulting service, having expertise in one or more areas; acts as a source of expertise for colleagues. Designs and leads the identification and specification of complex business solutions in complex customer environment. Organizes and runs workshops with the NSN key customers as part of marketing initiatives.
Position Description
Fully responsible for planning and executing all required data analytic s related to consulting services
Supporting consulting team and customer with insightful analyzes on the data at hand
Apply standardized consulting delivery approach and tools as defined by SI portfolio teams
Use fact based problem solving methods
Strive for customer business benefits and customer satisfaction
Position Nokia as a preferred partner in selected attached consulting services
Position Requirements
Minimum of BSc in computer science or mathematics from a reputable institution
5+ years of data analytic s experience, experience in Telecom, e.g. performance optimization is a plus
Ability to work with both technical and management layers in customers
In-depth knowledge of the following areas will be beneficial
• SQL queries and their optimization
• Business Intelligence tools, such as Business Objects, SAS, Tableau
• Statistical packages and programming languages, such as MatLab, R, Python, Ruby or Java
• Data mining skills, advanced and predictive modeling
• Big Data, Hadoop queries and scripting
• Familiarity with end customer surveys, such as satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score measurement
Personal attributes:
• Committed to deliver the solutions and business benefits sold to the operator
• Willingness to travel and spend extended time in customer premises
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing and reporting) as well as one of the major languages in the region
• Good ability to organize own work
• Efficient communicator through presentations, graphs and reports
• Team player
• High tolerance for stress and uncertainty
• Able to work and manage across multi-national matrix organization
