Responsibilities:
Be able to use software and applications
Able to operate hardware/machines like Scanners, printers, photocopier
A person who has experience working with Mpesa, Airtel Money, Equity Agent, KCB Mtani, Coop Agent and any other mobile banking services
Able to troubleshoot internet problems that a customer might encounter
Provide excellent customer care.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the place.
Keep accurate records of logs and inventories of the shop
