Our client is a fast growing microfinance specializing on lending.
The company which was founded in the year 2002 and has 48 branches countrywide, is looking for successful candidates to fill the post of Sales Executives country wide.Job Ref.: 242402

Location: All 47 counties

Remuneration: Attractive commission structure with travel and airtime allowance

Details: The Direct Sales Representatives will be responsible for ensuring quality service to customers, effective utilization of marketing equipment and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Minimum Requirements

• Have a KCSE certificate. A diploma in any field from a recognized Institution will be an added advantage
• Be above 25 years of age.
• A previous experience in selling Insurance policies or hire purchase goods will be an added advantage
• Possess Good customer care skills
• Computer literacy
• Have a Proven track record of success in sales related fields.
• Strong communication skills
• Have a confident and resilient personality
• Problem solving ability
• Be a results and performance driven individual.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in person to drive sales.
• Pitch and explain the types of financial services we provide to potential clients.
• Educate clients and answer questions about products
• Advice clients to ensure that they buy products that best suit them.
• Guide clients through the buying process.
• Research on new market opportunities and techniques.
• Note: The job is strictly based on a commission structure with an attractive package which includes but not limited to transport & airtime allowances. The successful candidates will undergo an intensive training session.This recruitment is open for Kenyans from all the 47 counties that we have presence in.
