Our client, a Food Manufacturing entity based in Thika Kenya is seeking to recruit an Executive Administration Assistant.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
- Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage projects and conducting research
- Prepare and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Providing quality customer service
- Working in a professional environment
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Should have a Bachelors degree in Administration or a Diploma in Customer Service or Front Office Management
- Must have exemplary Customer service skills
