A well established and respected medium size audit firm with branch offices is looking to expand its workforce by recruiting the following staff
Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Managing Partner with the following attributes
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Approachable and outgoing personality
- Conversant with use of MS-Office programs
- Excellent writing skills, reporting and presentation
- Knowledge of administrative & clerical procedures
- Honesty, integrity and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in office management
- At least CPA 1 and above 28 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
- At least CPA 1 qualification with strong ICT skills and team player
