Trianum Hospitality is a boutique consulting and management firm that operates serviced apartments and boutique hotels.
The company is seeking to fill the following positions at a variety of its managed properties:
Maintenance Handyman (Plumber)
You will be responsible for maintenance, repair or replacement of plumbing installations, pool
equipment and maintenance. You will facilitate regular communication with the Front Office, Housekeeping and Kitchen to coordinate maintenance and repair work in relevant areas. Trianum Hospitality is a boutique consulting and management firm that operates serviced apartments and boutique hotels.

Maintenance Handyman (Plumber)
You will be responsible for maintenance, repair or replacement of plumbing installations, pool
You will have strong experience in plumbing installations and or maintenance works.
If you have repair and maintenance skills in the following areas you have an advantage: air conditioning, appliances, carpentry, electrical, heating and cooling, painting, plumbing, pressure washing, roofing and windows and doors.
You will hold a certificate or diploma in a relevant technical field or a combination of suitable education and prior experience.
He/she will have a wide knowledge of the Kenyan Construction industry and products.
You are strong, able bodied, organized and detail oriented.
Housekeeping Stewards
As a Housekeeping steward you will be responsible for general cleaning and maintaining of guest rooms, public areas, restaurant and/or kitchen.
You have 1 year hospitality experience in cleaning guest rooms, public areas or laundry operations.
You will perform routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public areas, restaurant, kitchen and/or laundry under the supervision of a Housekeeping Supervisor.
Your duties will include cleaning of all areas of hotel operations and may be changed from one section to the next as per the Company’s requirements.
The right candidate should have a certificate or diploma in housekeeping operations.
Prior hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
You must be pleasant, honest and friendly and will be able to address guest requests and problems.
You have a smart appearance and can promote a positive image of the property to guests.
