Vacancy: Senior Insurance Broker

Experienced Broker needed for an International Insurance company in Nairobi.
The successful candidate MUST have at least 5 years broker experience and a great command of written and verbal English.
They will be working closely with the General Manager in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deputise for the General Manager Broking (GMB).
• Responsible for driving the General Insurance (GI) Team.
• Ensure that the structure, systems and operation of the GI team are of high performance.
• Support the GI team’s relationships with key suppliers and customers.

Qualifications:

• Articulate.
• Professional.
• Very hard working.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Forward thinking.
• Excellent communicator.
• Full knowledge of local insurances and markets.

Ability to run a small team of Brokers and produce regular detailed reports to Management.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh 300,000 (Approx. 3,300USD) depending on experience & qualificationDeadline: 25th May 2015
