We currently have over 25,000 job seekers in our database and have matched over 3,000 of them to jobs.Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative intern (SDR) you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executives (AE).
In order to do this successfully you need to be smart, creative, flexible and tenacious as well as well versed with various technical tools to help you work smart.

.Responsibilities
- Identify suitable companies (leads) to be contacted by Duma Works for partnerships
- Research leads and identify key players
- Handover leads to the Account Executives, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity
- Use Duma Works CRM to keep track of leads and keep their information up to date
- Consistently achieve qualified lead quotas to ensure revenue objectives
- Continuously optimise the sales development process to increase lead quotas
Qualifications
- A self-starter with ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
- Positive and energetic, strong writing skills
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Proficient with standard productivity tools (email, Google Docs, MS Office)
- Sales training and CRM experience a plus
- Excellent time-management skills
- Sense of humour
