PR & Communications Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Branding, Marketing and Communications, the PR and Communications Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Media monitoring
  • Conducting research on media issues relevant to KOTDA.
  • Maintaining and manage media equipment.
  • Coordinating and organizing events.
  • Managing and maintain website content regularly.
  • Preparing media briefs, invitations, press releases, speeches, talking points.
  • Managing the investors and other KOTDA stakeholders’ database and coordinating invitations and appointments.
Qualifications & Experience for PR & Communication Kenyan Jobs

For this position, candidates should possess the following:
  • Degree in any of the following areas; Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or their equivalent.
  • At least five years of proven experience in a busy organization either in Public or Private Sector.
  • Relevant ICT Skills.
  • Meet the requirements of leadership and integrity as prescribed in Chapter six (6) of the constitution.
  • Proven experience in writing skills
