Job Title: Customer Care Assistant

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

About US:

Platinum credit is a leading Regional Micro Finance Company, a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Ltd, providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Eastern Africa. We have a wide spread branch network in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Currently, Platinum provides loans to Civil servants and employees of the Private sector, and will soon roll out asset finance products.

Job Summary: The Customer Care Assistant will be tasked to cordially attend to a variety of customer requests and inquiries.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate for the Customer Care Assistant should hold a Degree in a business related field for example Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Quantitative Economics, Bachelor of commerce, Bachelor of Arts in Economics among others.
• At least a year’s experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
• Proven skills in attending to queries and complaints for walk-in clients in an efficient and effective manner.
• Call centre knowledge and experience.
• Proven sales skills, by demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales goals.
• Proven skills in customer service.
• Computer literacy skills and knowledge.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
