We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to join our small but dynamic team.
The successful candidate will undertake the following duties with the rest of our Call Center team:

• Lead generation targeting
• Targeting clients through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings
• Client relationship building
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve client queries
• Database management
• Closing of sales through phone and email

Desired Background / Education:

• University degree or currently in University.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Proficient with written and verbal English
• Knowledge of client service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment is advantageous
• Data entry and typing skills
