Position: IT Infrastructure Manager
Location: London, Nairobi, Johannesburg
Salary: £45,489 per annum plus benefits

As IT Infrastructure Manager you will take responsibility for supporting and maintaining our international Federation’s core IT infrastructure assets including Data Centres as well as managing external vendors.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders you will ensure technologies are running effectively and efficiently and that all organisational data, information and resources are maintained in a safe and secure manner.
This will involve providing an International IT help desk, hardware and software asset management as well as ensuring process compliance.
You will evaluate current system architecture, research new system opportunities as well as assist Countries develop value for money IT Strategies for their IT infrastructure.
Important will be the ability to develop a high performing team and build a culture of continuous improvement to ensure IT infrastructure meets the ongoing needs of the organisation.
You must possess a degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field. ITIL Service Management and/or a formal project management qualification would be desirable.
With a high standard of English, you must have strong technical skills including hardware and networking as well as systems and process analysis.
Certification in CISCO, Windows OS, SQL, VMWare, LAN and or WAN are desirable but not essential.
If you have expertise in Java, .net, C#, CRM, web apps, SharePoint and Agile methodologies so much the better.
However you must have a good understanding of partnership and governance coupled with experience of supplier relationship and contract management
