Travel Agency Operations & Sales Manager Job

Our client, an established Tours and Travel Agency is looking for an Operations & Sales Manager.
 

The successful candidate MUST have prior management experience in the Airline Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market the business to new markets.
• Growth and development of sales and operations.
• Understand airline fare rules and responsibilities.
• Manage budgets and maintain the records.
• Sell travel products and tour packages.
• Liaise with travel partners to manage bookings and schedules.
• Deal with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
• Oversee smooth and efficient running of the business.
• Motivate the sales team to hit their targets and providing encouragement.
• Meet the management to advice on strategy and trends.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years plus working experience in senior management.
• Previous work experience in an airline would be an added advantage.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism or related field.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Must possess an outgoing and proactive personality.
• Must have a valid driving license.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 100,000 /= (Approx. 1,111 USD)depending on experience
