Job Description:
Samasource is launching its first owned and operated impact sourcing center, Samasource Center, and is seeking a seasoned MIS manager who will develop a comprehensive system for data collection, analysis, and reporting that will inform Center-wide decisions.

Lead and manage the MIS team, ensuring that staff are managed, trained, and motivated to meet the objectives and priorities of the Center.
Develop and embed quality standards and service level agreements into analysis and reporting.
Work with different account managers to create performance-based data driven incentive systems for the that promotes successful business outcomes.
Create dashboards and reports that are updated regularly and used to monitor live performance at the Center.
Analyze trends in data and advise the heads of management of foreseeable risks and potential mitigation strategies.
Work with the different functional managers to create account and business level reports that consolidate both financial and operational performance data.
Maintain the Center databases, ensuring that the data is held securely, with integrity and meets all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Develop processes, procedures, and training for users to ensure the capture and maintenance of data is robust and meets audit rules.
Manage and deliver timely and reliable information in accordance with agreed upon schedules.
Work collaboratively across functional departments to resolve issues and generate ideas on how to improve functions.
Develop and implement an internal audit process which regularly monitors the accuracy and hygiene of the data, and which reports regularly to senior managers.
To maintain documentation that supports validation of the data as required.

- Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Excel shortcuts, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SQL.
- Understanding of financial principles with experience in analysing financial data.
- Capable of breaking down complex data into simple reports.
- Experience in creating business level presentations for other managers and clients where required
Skills Required:
- Good project management skills, qualitative and quantitative analyses capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills are essential in regards to presenting the results of analyses to management.
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience; the ability to develop and coach a team.
- Ability to collect, combine and analyze information under challenging conditions.
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong management and mentoring skills.
- A good team player and must be flexible in a variety of tasks.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and having the ability to work on his own initiative are important as well.
Experience Required:
- Business experience and 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
- Experience in managing information systems projects.
