CEM office Business Transformation/Engagement Consultant is a delivery consultant of attached 

CEM/OSS business and provide transformation consulting services to a single or group of customers.

The position is within Nokia Network’s Customer Operations and focused on delivering System Integration CEM business consulting services primarily attached to Customer Insights and
Experience as well as OSS solutions. Initial focus will be in delivering CEM Office services on ground to a key customer in Kenya.

Main Responsibility Area

  • Deliver CEM consulting services and work packages for CEM Office & OSS Office Solution
  • Build and develop trust-based relationships with customer’s middle and senior management in relation to MBB and GS SI solution attached consulting engagements
  • Understand customer’s commercial and operational challenges and apply these insights to position appropriate scope for technical solution and service delivery of CEM & OSS programs
  • Business case development to justify investment in Nokia’s CEM & OSS solution
  • Provide opportunity leads to sales in order to maximize business value of Nokia solutions to the customer
  • Primary Interface towards customer for CEM office engagements
Position Description

Fully responsible for delivering consulting service work packages to Nokia CEM/OSS office customers
  • Apply standardized consulting delivery approach and tools as defined by SI global portfolio teams
  • Use fact based problem solving methods
  • Facilitate workshops to collect customer requirements and decision making
  • Strive for customer business benefits and customer satisfaction
  • Drive process transformation and change management around Nokia’s CEM & OSS solutions
  • Contribute further by identifying sales opportunities for Nokia to create further customer value
  • Contribute by documenting best practices and new insights gained in customer engagements to the rest of Nokia consulting community
.Position Requirements
  • Minimum of BSc in engineering or computer science from a reputable institution, MBA a plus
  • 8+ years in the Telecom or IT industry or 5+ years in management consulting industry
  • Financial understanding of Operator Telco operations and business case development
  • Overall understanding of Telco operation functions and business processes
  • Familiarity of either CEM or operational change management and process mapping tools
  • Good understanding of Framework (eTOM) process mapping, knowledge on ITIL a plus
  • Ability to work with both technical and management layers in customer
  • Direct experience of one of the following areas will be beneficial
  • • Consultative sales/solution sales
  • • Customer Experience Management, and/or
  • • Business process re-engineering and organizational change management

Personal attributes:

• Ability to address and engage with customer Director and CXO’s
• Committed to deliver the solutions and business benefits, which is sold to the operator
• Travel and spend extended time in customer premises is a must
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing and reporting) as well as at least one of the major languages in the region (Arabic, French, Urdu)
• Good ability to organize own work
• Efficient communicator through presentations, graphs and reports
• Team player with facilitation skills
• High tolerance for stress and uncertainty
• Able to work and manage across multi-national matrix organization
