Challenging Career Opportunity: HR Manager
We are looking for suitable candidates for this challenging opportunity with a Multi-National market leader in East Africa, handling Port Terminal Operations in Mombasa.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting candidates.
- Planning and conducting new employee orientation.
- Developing, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Administering, reviewing and implementing staff performance management and the appraisal system.
- Evaluating Training Needs in liaison with H.O.Ds, planning and execution of training calendar.
- Coordinating administration of staff personal information through HR Information System HRIS.
- Maintaining and updating all staff personal files.
- Payroll Administration.
- Handling all Employee Relations / Industrial Relation issues.
- M.BA HR/B.BA/Diploma in HR.
- Minimum 5 to 7 Years’ Experience.
- Member IHRM.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent team skills.
- Strong understanding of employment law.
- Proactive and energetic front end HR professionalism
