Position: Arabic Speaking Customer Service Executives
Location: Nairobi
Nature of Job: Full time
No. of Vacancies: 3
Salary: 30,000/-Job Summary: The Arabic fluent Customer Service Executives will work in a busy call center, mostly dealing with Arabic speaking clients, looking into their needs according to the company’s procedures.

Duties
  • Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Follow up on the needs of the customers accordingly
  • Ensuring that customers understand product information, and be able to provide additional information to customers as needed
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; and offer help accordingly
  • Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer’s files
  • Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Requirements and Skills
  • Very fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to deal with International clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Past work experience in Customer Service or Sales and Marketing
