Our Kenyan client is a school based in Eastlands and is currently looking for a HR Clerk.
The Human Resources Clerk provides general clerical and administrative support for the HR department
Human Resources Job Responsibilities:
Assist with Timekeeping system management
Assist with various administration roles
Manage the unskilled staff of the institution
Assist with Termination process/procedure
Ensure Employee Record keeping accuracy
Distribute Employee Handbook to new hires and track acknowledgements
Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry
Miscellaneous projects/duties as assigned
Alternate Doors Human Resource Job Qualifications
Minimum of one-year Human Resources experience preferred
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable working closely with multiple levels in the organization
Able to excel working independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Eager to learn, open to coaching, takes ownership of work and instill pride in your output
Ability to meet challenging deadlines
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and problem solving
Must have interest in pursuing a career in the HR field
Exhibits high proficiency with Excel, Word, Adobe
