Job Summary
Perform specific local administrative activities in the legal entity. Support the local company in activities that are related to one or several functional areas and that cannot be performed remotely. All is done to gain optimal efficiency.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Perform local activities related to payments and taxes
Perform local administrative activities related to travel and expense
Perform local administrative activities related to records retention
Perform administrative activities for company credit cards
Perform local administrative activities related to HR
Perform local administrative activities related to car fleet (benefit cars)
Perform local activities related REFM
Perform local administrative activities related to invoices
Perform local activities related to IT
Provide driver services
Perform approved local administrative activities (regional deviations from standard LAS Service Description)
Drive and improve operational performance
Coordination for Local Administration Services

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Basic school, undergraduate degree (Job stage 1-3)
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification / experience (Job stage 4-6)
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor of Commerce (Finance)
4-5 years of Payroll experience across multiple countries
Proven skills in a service oriented environment
Expert knowledge in labour codes across countries and including tax legislation
