A leading commercial bank in Kenya is using EFL’s technology to measure risk among Micro and
Lower SME borrowers. Your job will be to ensure that all Micro and Lower SME applicants in one designated branch complete EFL assessments at the time of loan application. The EFL assessment takes 45 minutes to complete and is administered on an Android tablet in the branch. Doing this job effectively will require working closely with branch-level credit officers, communicating directly with bank customers, as reporting daily to EFL management. This two month position will give you valuable insight into a leading Kenyan financial institution as well as a high-growth global technology company.
Primary responsibilities:
Introduce, explain, and administer the EFL credit application to all incoming Micro and Lower SME loan applicants in designated branch
Ensure that all applicants complete the EFL credit application in its entirety, and are not rushed or coached on how to answer questions.
Ensure that all completed EFL applications are uploaded via 3g each day.
Troubleshoot tablet connectivity problems
Candidate Profile:
A Diploma/ degree in business related field
Fluency in Swahili and English
Sales/Training experience preferred
