Accounts Manager

Our client, a mobile banking technology provider offering turnkey solutions for banks and financial institutions that will allow customers to have access to mobile money is seeking to recruit an Accounts Manager.
The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in working with Mobile Banking Network Management and Mobile Money Transfer.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruit & train field sales representatives
Formulate and implement marketing plans per channel
Recruit traditional and non-traditional retail outlets
Develop and implement effective merchandising plans for the retail channels
Develop and implement effective promotional activities within the sales channel
Improve existing merchant training materials
Merchant’s outlets classification
Transfer of knowledge and train local agent network management team
Competitors’ activity monitoring
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Sales Management.
Should have good knowledge of retail sales and mobile banking.
Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
A comprehensive knowledge of current market trends.
Successful Candidates should be ready to relocate to Ethiopia.
