As part of our expansion program, we seek to recruit a Tour Consultant / Marketer to join our team.
Job Title: Tour Consultant / Marketer
Location: Nairobi
Reporting To: Director
Nature of Work: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing the company’s products both online and door to door
Manage and constantly market through the social media platform
Develop the marketing strategy and adverts and distribution of the same
Tour costing and planning
Follow up on bookings and giving timeline limits
Responding to email enquiries promptly
Attending tourism exhibitions and trainings for the company
Experience and Qualifications:
Diploma in tourism from a reputable organization
Competency in computer and social media
2-3 years experience in a busy tour environment
Sales and marketing skills a must
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Planning, organizational and prioritizing skills
Excellent presentation skills
Good customer service skills
High integrity and professionalism
