Tender Notice: K-Rep Bank is requesting for proposal of service for Advertising and PR Agency for the below scope of work:

1. Advertising:
Brand Planning and Account Management Services, Creative Services;
ATL, BTL & TTL including digital media content, Media Services;
Media planning, buying, placement & monitoring, Marketing Campaigns;
Strategy development, planning, rollout and evaluation, Production management.
2. PR:
Executing targeted public relations campaigns, writing, formatting (with photos) and distributing press releases to print, online, broadcast media.
Conducting personal followup on outreach, coordinating messaging and arranging media interviews,
Planning press conferences and stunts when appropriate to drive coverage,
Tracking coverage and measuring overall efforts,
Sending media clips on a regular basis; tracking coverage and measuring efforts,
Launch & Event management services,
Media training,
Crisis management
Below are the guiding principles:

1. Provide a cover Letter: should be signed by the company’s representative. It should include the contact person.

2. Provide a brief history of qualifications and experience of your firm in accordance with the scope of work provided
