The Role:
The incumbent will be an experienced senior HR professional in a hands-on senior role as Head of HR and covering a full range of HR functions:
HR Strategy, Planning, and Implementation;
Organizational Design and Development;
Culture & Change Management;
Resourcing and Talent Management;
Learning and Development;
Performance & Career Management;
Reward and Pay and Benefits Management;
Employee Relations and HR Policies;
Employee Engagement;
Contract & Service Level Agreement Management and
ensuring high-quality HR administration services for the business on all levels.
Desired Skills and Experience
Academic Qualification(s):
Bachelor’s Degree in any social sciences, humanities, business Administration or Law discipline
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related specialist HR related post-graduate degree e.g. learning and Development, Organisational Behaviour etc.
Professional Qualification(s):
Professional certification in Human resources from reputable HR bodies such as:
Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya(IHRM)
Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (UK)
HR Certification Institute (HRCI, USA)
Experience (Number of relevant years):
Minimum of 8 – 10 years cognate experience, 2 of which must have been in a senior management HR role
