Medium size farm near Nairobi is looking for a (assistant) production manager plant cuttings for export.

Duties and responsibilities:

Monthly/Weekly planning and implementation of production and crop husbandry, including (IPM) crop-protection and fertigation.

Maintaining all technical aspects of the farm too high standard.

Effective leader, team-builder and manager, with the ability to motivate staff and evaluate performance.

Must have 5 years of experience

Offer: 40-60K per month
