Experienced Architect Required

Minimum 3 years post graduation work experienceDevelop and prepare designs from preliminary concepts / sketches

Prepare Detail drawings, Specifications, Shop drawings, and 3D colour renders

Supervise construction progress on site

Record and update project process from start to finish


Knowledge of building standards and applicable regulations mandatory

Candidate must possess:

good organisational and documentation skills
great attention to details
able to work without supervision
well motivated and demonstrate high intuition and initiative
