Our Client, a fast growing Events & Marketing Company is seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive.

Position Summary: This position builds key relationships with clients and maintains both existing and new business.
The holder must be a strategic and creative planner who identifies opportunities, acquires and develop new businesses that increase revenue generation for the organization.
H/She will provide leadership to team members and oversee all projects.Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Effective management of the marketing, sales, events and promotional activities of the products of different organizations.
Acquire new business and maintain excellent client relationships with both existing and new clients.
Develop an updated database of all clients.
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future target products
Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information for different brands
Create relationships with marketing managers to be called in for marketing briefs
Interpret a brief; write a creative proposal which will resonate with both the client and the consumer.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Develop product launch campaigns that have never been experienced anywhere
Ensure the successful implementation of proposals developed.
Expand and develop marketing platforms for different brands
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results on a weekly basis
Determine and manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activities within agreed budget
Report on return on investment and key performance metrics of any brand campaign
Create marketing presentations that win the hearts of the client and marketing teams
Monitor industry best practices

Qualifications and Experience
A Business Related Degree
Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
Computing Knowledge (Excellent use of MS-Office Applications)
At least 3 years of progressive sales and marketing experience, preferably a Marketing Agency.
