Africa Turnaround Limited (ATL) is a consulting firm that applies unique approaches; providing expert enterprise solutions to low income households, with the aim of improving lives.
ATL was founded and registered in Kenya in 2007.
ATL offers a wide range of consulting services in five broad areas:
(i) Project implementation strategy,
(ii) Training in entrepreneurship, business leadership and financial education;
(iii) Business linkages,
(iv) Business mentoring; and
(v) SME strengthening.
Position: Administrative Assistant

Working Hours: 8AM – 5PM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Nairobi

Job Description

Provide Project and Communications Support
Manage general correspondence on behalf of the company.
To support in regularly updating the company website and social media platforms.
To provide logistical support for project teams (make phone calls, travel arrangements and maintain project files).
To compile basic project reports and assist in data entry depending on project needs.
To assist in taking minutes during staff meetings and also participate in company organized events.
Provide Administrative and Basic Accounts Support
To maintain the petty cash records and carry out basic bookkeeping duties.
To provide support in invoicing clients and banking activities.
To communicate with office suppliers and ensure prompt payment and delivery of services.
To be the main contact point with the office errands service provider.
To maintain the order book and ensure that the delivery of ATL products and the payments for the same are timely.
Skills Required
Excellent phone skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Competent in MS Office programmes.
Strong report writing skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Academic Background
Diploma Level and Above (Marketing / Business Administration / Public Relations and other Relevant Field)
Computer Proficiency
QuickBooks Conversant (will be an added advantage)
