As an Administrative Assistant, you would be making sure that day-to-day office tasks run smoothly. So it’s important that you are organized, accurate and pay close attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Making sure that there is enough stationery
Answering the telephone and passing on calls
Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
Customer service
Cold calling potential clients
Typing and setting up documents such as letters and reports
Keeping inventory records
Filing
Setting up meetings and taking minutes
Office cleaning and tidying up
Eligibility
Diploma in customer service/ front office management
1 year work experience
Passionate and highly motivated
Great communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Willingness to cold call
Team player with a strong work ethic
