Our Client, a 5 star hotel in Kuwait is seeking to recruit Waiters and WaitressesRequirements
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Collect payments from customers.
Write patrons’ food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
Check patrons’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining
Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware
Minimum Requirements
Must have a valid Passport
Must hold a certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage.
Basic knowledge of Foods and Beverages
Should have at least 1 year experience in the Hotel industry.
Must be able to withstand long periods of time on their feet
Professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations)
Team player.
Effective communication skills with guests and staff.
Quick thinking.
Ability to lift heavy trays filled with glassware/food.
Basic math skills.
Great attention to detail.
