Job Description

General Purpose:

Provides leadership and takes end to end technical ownership in customer delivery project. Has the ability to understand customer’s business/ technical requirements/needs and translate them into a high level & low level solution architecture.

Main Responsibility Area:

• Provides Senior level Solution Architecture service, having expertise in one or more System Integration domain areas
• Acts as a source of expertise for Solution engineers
• Leads the solution design and architecture of system integration domain solutions in a multi vendor customer environment.
• Organizes and runs workshops with the customers stakeholders as part of project delivery activities.

Position Description:

• Creates solution architectures and provides technical leadership for other Architects/ solution engineers in one or multiple System Integration domain areas.
• Captures and manages customer requirements using industry best practice.
• Manages project delivery assignments independently.
• Defines and manages detailed architectural requirements for solution during delivery phase for large scale or high complexity projects.
• Works with senior technology leads and Solution Managers internally and at partners to design solutions based on customer requirements.
• Presents solution architecture & design to customer for verification and makes required adaptations.
• Acts as bridge between sales and delivery phase to identify and manage risks and ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years experience in System Integration delivery projects
• 3+ years working in direct customer interface
• 3+ years experience in delivering LTE core/CEM & OSS/SDM solutions
• 3+ years experience in Presales support of system integration solutions
• Very good knowledge of Nokia Core/CEM & OSS system and different protocol/standards (3GPP, OMA, TISPAN)

• Able to take responsibility for solution architecture / design and lead technical issues
• Able to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision

• Create order in an unstructured environment
• Good experience in large and complex system integration projects involving Software customization
• Strong skills in system engineering and architecture design mythologies
• Sound understanding of operator business drivers and technology
• Good knowledge of Nokia MBB Core product solution portfolio

Good to have:

• Sound knowledge of CEM Solution
• Sound knowledge of SDM solutions
• Sound knowledge of PCRF and AAA solutions
• Software development and software design experience
• Project co-ordination experience
