Salary: Shs 70K – 90KOur Client, one of the largest motorcycles manufacturing company in the world wishes to recruit Lady Marketing Officer with proven sales and marketing experience and has strong personality to join their dynamic sales and Marketing team in deriving the company’s sales in the country.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Achievement of sales targets by targeting corporate clients
• Establish a strong relationship with clients both internally and externally
• Ensure proper customer coordination and sales execution
• Ensure proper branding and merchandising of company products
• Analyze sales information and initiating relevant actions to maximize on sales
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to obtain insights
• Adapt business plan from management into a sales plan
• To ensure an effective and profitable operation of sales force and the achievement of all sales objective and budget allocated
• To identify and exploit area sales and promotional opportunities for product ranges
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries swiftly and on time
• Establish proper feedback mechanism that will allow the customers to give feedback
• Liaise regularly with other departments to ensure product availability in line with sales requirements
• Effective financial management of expenses versus budget allocations in the sales activities.
• To advise management on market trends and dynamics.
• Recommend the tools and resources required to achieve the set objectives

Key Competence / Skills:-

• Should have a minimum of Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other Business Related Field.
• A Degree in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in a busy setup.
• Should have previous field marketing experience
• Previous experience in automotive sales is an added advantage.
• Should have strong personality with great marketing and selling skills.
• Must have Good working knowledge of advertising, merchandising and product supplies.
• Sound understanding of the retail and channel distribution
• Should good at execution business plans and innovation
• Sound negotiations skills
• Good budgeting knowledge.
