Job Description
Main Accountabilities ·
Delivering green leaf quality in plucking/harvesting of tea through management, planning and controlling harvesting of tea regimes. · Maintaining weed free fields by task marking and putting in
place sound soil conservation measures.
· Planning and coordination of road construction and maintenance by allocating and controlling resources within the Division.
· Providing and maintaining social amenities like housing and security for employees and maintaining harmonious working environment by communicating and implementing policies within the Division.
· Responsible for planting, maintenance and harvesting of fuel wood plantations within the Division.
· Planning and coordinating of Tea Nursery activities.
Qualifications
· Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Bachelor of Science or any other related field.
· Minimum 4 years experience in a related field.
