We are currently sourcing for Divisional Heads for our partner client who is in Banking, Media, Hospitality and Social development sectors.

Divisional Heads (Several Positions)

Main Purpose of the Job: The position is responsible for formulation and implementation of the divisional strategy in line with overall group strategic plan and objectives.

The position drives revenue growth and profitability for Business Units (BUs) while harnessing the overall group Synergies.

Main Responsibilities in line with Business Objectives
  • Leading in the design and implementation of the divisional strategy to ensure delivery
  • Creating strategic partnerships to enhance and sustain positive business growth
  • Providing the overall leadership and direction of the division
  • Preparation and implementation of long term and annual operating and management plans and budgets
  • Leading Planning and overseeing the financial operations of the division, ensuring that sound fiscal and risk management practices are in place to maintain the divisional financial strength.
  • Ensures that all financial and non-financial resources and assets are managed by maintaining sound policies, controls, prudent procedures, adequate records and ensuring accountability standards are met
  • Reporting to the divisional board as may be required
  • Ensure compliance with applicable professional, legal, regulatory, ethical, corporate compliance and governance requirements to protect division against reputational and legal risks.
  • Manage and ensure integrity of all control systems and management processes
  • Leading and managing related company communication
  • Talent management including coaching, mentoring, developing, motivating, training and evaluating staff to achieve highest levels of performance and culture
  • Identifying, implementing and benchmarking best practices for the division
  • Managing and Implementing change initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields with a Master’s degree as an added advantage,
