This role is responsible to support the service team and Sales Manager regarding all processes and manage the Kenya Office.
· Actively engage in solving & responding to customer queries
· Administrative support to Kenya office
· Support Tender preparation and documentation
· Maintain log book of Customer enquiries, complaints, issues
Assigning Field Engineers for different calls logged by customers
