Main Purpose of the Job
Create, own and execute Trade Category Toolkit as well as
Prono Strat & 6Ps ,Promo Strategies and tactics and Category Management – Assortment, pricing, Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Category planning
Develop quarterly and monthly category plans for assortment, shelf-layout, promotional strategy and price positions, focusing on the target shopper – one pagers
Assortment – analyse Data and create assortment plan by channel
Promotion – Analyse Opso data and create activity plan by channel
Place(Plannos) – Create POP vision by channel
Proposition – co create with BB by category
Support the annual Joint Business Planning process through data analysis and opportunity identification for each account
Support new product introduction for listing into mix;(bottom up forecasting, distribution build and targets)
Develop National category activity plans for the year
Shopper insights:
Use and leverage account
specific category and shopper insights
Data analytics – Nielsen, TNS
Performance Evaluation
Measure and review category performance;
Key Skills and Qualifications
- University Degree
- Minimum two to three years relevant Analyst experience
- 1 year customer facing, account management experience is an advantage
- Two years brand building experience is an advantage
- Brand Marketing & Customer/Channel orientation, Creativity, Strategic Thinking
