1. Project Manager –
Girl Empowerment Project (1 Position) REF: PM GEP/09/2015 – Based in Nairobi
Job Summary
The Project Manager (PM) shall
report to the designated acting Manager for the upcoming Girls
Empowerment
Program, in line with the transformations from projects to program approach.
He/she will provide strategic guidance, implementational oversight and
leadership to a transformative innovation and learning initiative for this
multisectoral approach to adressing underlying causes of poverty and
vulnerability that highly contribute to chronic poverty, denial of girls rights
and undermines their access to and control over productive resources and their
benefits.

2. Project
Officer - Sexual & Reproductive Health (1 Position) REF: PO-SRH GEP/09/2015
– Based in Nairobi
Job Summary
Reporting
to the Project Manager, the Project Officer will work with partners in
equipping girls with SRH skills to enable the rights holders make sound
decisions, largely through the working with implementing partners (IPs) and
County Governments

Economic Citizenship Empowerment (1 Position) - REF: PO-ECE GEP/09/2015 – Based
in Nairobi
Job Summary
Reporting to the Project Manager,
the Project Officer will work with partners in equipping girls with Economic
Empowerment skills to enable them make sound decisions to become 21st
Century citizens.

4. Monitoring &
Evaluation Officer (1 Position) - REF: M&E GEP/09/2015 – Based in Nairobi
Job Summary
Reporting to the Project Manager,
the M&E Officer will provide leadership and support in development and
operationalization of an M&E system for the project, working
collaboratively with the M&E partner, and ensure that the system aligns
with CARE Kenya’s M&E indicators.

5. Grants Officer (1
Position) - REF: GO GEP/09/2015 – Based in Nairobi
Job Summary
The Grants Officer will support the
Project Manager and Grants Manager in managing and coordinating all financial
aspects of the Project to ensure there is optimal compliance with contract
obligations and that partners have capacities to administer the funds, utilise
in an accountable manner and timely reporting.
