Busia County Supply Chain Management Assistants Jobs

The Busia County Public Service Board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions in the Department of Health and Sanitation in accordance with Article 235 (1) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and Section 59 (1) (b) of the County Governments Act, 2012.

Supply Chain Management Assistant III

Job Group ‘H’

An officer at this level will be deployed in a supply chain management unit in the Department and will handle a variety of tasks such as issuing and receiving stores, stock taking, reconciliation, preparation and maintenance of records.

Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, an applicant must be:

• A Kenyan citizen;
• In possession of Kenya Certificate of secondary Education mean grade C- (minus) with a minimum of C- in Mathematics and English or Kiswahili or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• A holder of a Diploma in Supplies Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Having Certificate in Computer application packages and
• Be registered with Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) or any other recognized international professional body
