Job description

A development manager is being sought to manage real estate projects from inception through feasibility, financing, design, marketing, procurement and delivery.

Attributes:
The appropriate individual may not be an experienced real estate professional but must be an accomplished manager, with a sound base in financial management and a proven track record over at least 6 years in managing teams and delivering results.
A passion for real estate is essential as is the desire to play a leading role in transforming Nairobi’s built environment.
Subject to the experience of the selected candidate, it is intended that he or she should rapidly grow into a senior management team position
