- Liaising with staff, clients, etc
- Managing the principal’s diary
- Booking meetings
- Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- Attend meetings on your boss’s behalf
- Writing minutes
- Taking dictations
- Planning, organizing and managing events
- Attending events/meetings as the principal’s representative
- Conducting research
- Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters
- Preparing presentations
- Preparing papers for meetings
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Typing document
- Managing projects
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Any other task as may be required from time to time
- 2 years relevant work experience
- University Degree in business or communication or related fields
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office
- Ability to prioritize conflicting work demands
- Ability to plan, carry out and complete projects within agreed timescales.
- Ability to carry out work effectively with limited supervision
- Accurate spelling, correct grammar and good level of numeracy
