Aviation Division at JKIA Cargo Centre and we are looking for qualified candidates

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, the HRSM will maintain day to day human resources activities, Policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and shared service functions of the HR Department
• Coordinate various HR Projects (Job Evaluation, Culture Change, Siginon Stars, and HR Awards, recognition program/‘Tambulika’ etc.)
• Prepare and implement on boarding program for new employees
• Ensure Planning, Monitoring and appraisal of employee work results
• Handling employee grievance processes and maintaining employee benefits programs
• Maintain Management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
• Day to day implementation of Siginon Way agreed action plans
• Follow up with Divisions with respect to Siginon scorecard (performance management)
• Organizing HR service days and monthly employee forums
• Running ‘Siginon Foundation’ initiatives
• Roll out wellness programs in the workplace that promote the staff work/life balance
• Manage the critical HR Measures (in charge of HRMIS)
• Run employee engagements initiatives
• Provide administrative support in staff development and Siginon Academy

Requirements
Academic Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelors’ degree
• IHRM postgraduate Diploma
• HR professional certifications an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a busy HR environment, exposure to main HR specialization areas.
