Census taker
Should have a minimum of a C- in KCSE
They will be auditing shops i.e. what they are selling
Locations, distribution and product sold
Interviewing the shop owners and monitoring shop attendance
Back Checker
Should have a minimum of a Diploma in any field
They will verify that what has been done by the Census Taker is correct
Should have a keen eye for detail and very thorough

Supervisor

Should have a minimum of a Diploma in any field
Excellent people management skills
In charge of the distribution of Census takers and back checkers
Team Leader
Should have a minimum of a Diploma in any field
Excellent people management skills
Will be in charge of the 3 groups
