Duties and Responsibilities
- Computerization of HR records
- Daily manning of the HR computerized systems including support to payroll.
- Ensuring the HR records are cleansed periodically
- Updating the staff establishment and other staff schemes
- Confirming existence of vacancies during start of any recruitment
- Updating staff records electronically
- Periodical evaluation/monitoring and cleanup of the HR system and payroll
- Degree in Computer Science, ICT or related field
- Possess of any relevant qualification in Human Resources will be an added advantage
- Three (3)years experience in a large organization
- Competency in software development
- Thorough understanding of data management systems and software.
- Integrity Clearance
Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
Criminal Investigation Department (CID)
Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP)
Chief Executive Officer, Higher Education Loans Board
Professional bodies (where applicable) to which the applicant belongs e.g. LSK, ICPAK, AAK, IEK etc
Credit Reference Bureau Africa Ltd or Metropol Credit Reference Bureau
Security Clearance: All shortlisted applicants may be subjected by the Commission to a security clearance by National Intelligence Service (NIS)
