Position: Marketing Executive

Company Background: Cyrron was founded in 2014 to provide superior remote support for various technologies; it has become a leader in the industry, serving customers in homes and small businesses and enterprises worldwide.
The company is based in Kenya with the main office in Nairobi.

Marketing executive officer is charged with the responsibility of developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea.
It is a varied role that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, product distribution and research.
Marketing executive contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner
• Communicate to target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications – or on the radio depending on the campaign
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters
• Liaising with designers and printers
• Organizing photo shoots
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Maintaining and updating customer databases
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions to ensure Cyrron is represented
• Conducting market research using customer questionnaires and focus groups discussions
• Developing marketing plans and strategies
• Managing budgets
• Evaluating marketing campaigns
• Supporting the other colleagues and carrying out other duties as assigned by relevant authority

Requirements

• Certificate in Marketing or any other related course
• Past experience in marketing preferred
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker with ability to use data to inform all decisions
• Proficiency in marketing automation in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads and then nature them using dynamic workflows into converted customers
• Be able to use effectively Adobe creative suit, HTML and other relevant computer software

Remunerations

Starting salary as per the company salary scale

Bonus as per the company’s rates
