To ensure efficient and effective customer focused administration cargo services in compliance with SLA’s and customer expectations.
Detailed Description
- To ensure efficient & effective processing import / export documentation in compliance with company policies / procedures and customer expectations.
- To ensure safe secure operations and working environment to comply with relevant statutory and industry requirements.
- To protect and enhance revenue collection to comply with company policies and procedures.
- To effectively communicate relevant aspects of service delivery internally and externally to meet customer expectations.
- O’ level ‘C’ grade minimum.
- Certification in relevant computer applications.
- Relevant industry certification – Dangerous goods, warehousing skills, cargo skills
- Experience delivering service in demanding consumer environment.
- Import/export cargo administration.
- SLA’s, policy & procedures.
- Key Performance Indicators.
- Customer service delivery reactions/responses.
- Compliance with SLA’s.
