A leading insurance company with Regional Presence, is seeking to fill the following positions of
Insurance Sales Agents with individual who are self-driven and highly independent.This is a highly rewarding commission paying remuneration structure.

The main agents responsibility will be to;

• Sell insurance and investment plans to prospective and existing individual and corporate clients
• Create long-term business relationship with new clients while managing relationships with existing clientele
• Meet and exceed exciting and aggressive work targets;
• Work in a high pressure, fast –paced entrepreneurial environment with minimum supervision.

To qualify, one must possess the following:

• Be at least 25years of age;
• Have a minimum education level of K.S.C.E. C (Plain);
• Must be computer literate;
• Mature, Confident, Articulate and with strong communication skills;
• Resulted oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines and meet set sales targets;
• A high sales drive and a passionate will to succeed through personal effort;
• Well groomed, presentable and strong interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in sales and/or insurance will be a definite advantage.
