Position: Human Resource Assistant Officer

Location: Nairobi

Salary: KShs. 35,000 – 40,000Job

Description: Our client, an established organisation in Nairobi, seeks to hire a young, aggressive, confident and independent HR Assistant Officer to join their Human Resource Department.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 year experience in an active Human Resource Department.
• Must be well conversant in the HR field, and able to draft HR policies and manuals.
• Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Should be self motivated and flexible.
• Must be above 25 years of Age.
• Should demonstrate good communication skills
• Must be result oriented and a good time manager.
